The Grey Street Hotel in Newcastle city centre offers four private meeting rooms available for hire, offering an interesting venue and special location for a meeting or conference for 2 to 100 people. Located in their own quiet area under the main hotel building are the meeting rooms which are fully fitted with plasma screens, wi-fi, air-conditioning, lighting and sound. A perfect Newcastle City Centre location.

All conference bookings include the following:

• Pads and pens

• Flipchart

• Iced still water

• Free WiFi

• Plasma TV

You can add any of the following upgrades or packages to your booking:

– 750ml bottles of still or sparkling water £3.25 each

– Breakfast rolls (bacon, sausage or egg) £TBC each

– Fruit bowl £10 each

– Jug of juice £5 each

Located in a quiet area under the main hotel building, the room is fully fitted with plasma screens, wi-fi, air-conditioning, lighting and sound. The food available at Grey Street is superb; we have two simple and stylish buffet options to choose from – Gold or Platinum (see menus).
