Here at Grey Street Hotel, we have three private meeting rooms available for hire, offering an interesting venue and special location for a meeting or private dinner for 12 to 18 people. Located in their own quiet area under the main hotel building, fully fitted with plasma screens with Barco connectivity, wi-fi, air-conditioning, dimmable lighting and BOSE sound system. A perfect Newcastle City Centre location.

All conference bookings include the following: Pads & Pens, Flipchart & Iced Water.


Our Grey Street Hotel Snug is the perfect spot for a team meeting, small-scale conference or interview room. This space is suitable for up to 5 delegates and is equipped with a large screen, high-speed Wi-Fi, Barco connectivity and conference stationery.
