December marked a very special milestone for us at Grey Street Hotel as we proudly celebrated our 21st birthday. For over two decades, our boutique hotel has stood at the heart of Newcastle’s iconic Grey Street, welcoming guests with timeless style, warm hospitality and unforgettable stays.
Reaching 21 years was a moment worth celebrating and we did just that, surrounded by the city, the building and the people that have made Grey Street Hotel what it is today.
21 Years on Grey Street: Our Story So Far
Since opening it’s doors, Grey Street Hotel has become a much-loved part of Newcastle’s city centre. Housed within a beautifully restored Georgian building, the hotel blends historic architecture with modern luxury, offering elegant bedrooms, memorable dining experiences and an unbeatable location overlooking one of the UK’s most beautiful streets.
Over the past 21 years, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming thousands of guests from romantic city breaks and weekend escapes to business stays and special celebrations.
